05-06 RSX RH Reflash or KPRO at high elevation / altitude

I currently live in Colorado Springs with an average elevation of 6000-6700 feet. That's roughly an 18% power loss which is very noticeable and really hurts performance. I know that Hondata tunes at sea level, and I know that fuel & cam tuning should be unaffected but ignition tuning will change to near the level of a stock ECU with the 05-06 RSX RH Reflash.

All I plan on doing is a CAI, RH, IMG, and stock exhaust on an 05-06 RSX-S. Will the RH Reflash be effective at this elevation? Would KPRO be worth it with only these modifications? Obviously KPRO might net me more gains but would they be negligible? Would the gains with KPRO be much more than the RH Reflash?

Does Hondata ever plan on releasing a high altitude tune? I just want to see what would be my best option. Thanks everyone.

Hondata please chime in on this. Thanks.

I have the same question, I live in Colorado springs as well.

Ignition, fuel and VTEC point are automatically adjusted for altitude both in the stock ECU and the reflashed ECU. VTEC point will be raised to about 4500 RPM at 6500 feet. Thus there are no plans to release a high altitude tune. The race header reflash should make similar percentage gains at altitude as it does at sea level.
