I have an 09' Canadian Civic SI (car is STOCK)

I've been runing the Stock Tuned Map for my SI, but had to go the dealer with my car. To make sure I used the flashpro to return the car to stock and unlocked it from the vehicule.

Now when I went to re-flash the car after the dealer had done their work, it said are you sure you want to continue, this is not the correct map for your car, make sure you save it or it will be lost... (not the exact words) but you get the idea.

Had to go back again a few weeks later to see the dealer again (front top plates so nothing to do with the ECU) and when I re-flashed after the rendez-vous, same thing.

Is the original MAP that was in the ECU (when the car left the factory) is still saved somewhere? Or is it erased?
If I remember well, it said I had a 2007 or 2008 map when returned to stock...does this mean it's not seeing the ECU properly and setting the wrong map?

I might be wrong, but aren't there some difference in the maps through those years (here in Canada, VSA was only on the 2009 +, I think heating mirrors and such were 2008 + only, etc..)

I've posted this on different Civic community forums and a few people started posting back that they had the same issue.

What is the serial number of your FlashPro and what is the part number on your ECU?

I do not know my ECU part number, but it's the OEM one that came with my car 2009 Civic SI bought from a dealer here in Canada.

Flashpro SN : FP-SI-US-15057

Perhaps the dealer reflashed your ECU with a newer program. The return to stock you have is correct for your vehicle as that is the same ECU that the US uses.
