ignition timing

I have a d16z6 boosted on 27psi and am having a problem with the head lifting and boost pressure getting into the cooling system. I am using arp headstuds. I think it may be because of my ignition timing? Does anyone have a suggestion as to how much timing I should be running at those pressures? Its not getting spark knock either. Upgrades on the engine are listed below to give you an idea on what im running and I am attaching my calibration also. Any input would be great. I put down 300 whp on 23 psi @ 6500rpm on 93 octane pump gas with this tune.

D16z6 engine
Wiseco 8.5 comp pistons, eagle rods
stage 2 crower turbo cam, stock cam timing
ID 1000cc injectors, AEM fuel rail and regulator, -6 fuel feed
skunk 2 intake and 70mm throttle body
Precision 6262 turbo, wastegate @ 27 psi

pressure in cooling system is more then just ignition, stretched head studs, gasket, wroped head, wroped deck, etc...

You need to force air into each spark plug hole and look for air bobbles inside the radiator. If you do get them then your need to mill the block and head get new head gasket put new arp head bolts. And my suggestion you should O ring the head for proper sealing. You might just have a wort head or block or a dropped sleeve. You should run your car on 7 psi waste gate and use a boost controller to increase to 23 psi. In your case 6262 on 23 psi you should put your car on e85. Upgrade cooling system good radiator with oem thermostat and a bad ass fan is a must for any turbo car.

Column 11,12,13,14 around boost area. Timing is a lil high. Is this dyno tuned.

I have tried putting air in the cylinders and got no bubbles. I don't really know a whole lot about e85 what do you have to do to the fuel system to run it? And will a regular o2 sensor work with e85 or does it require a different sensor to measure the a/f ratios?

Ok thanks, no it is not dyno tuned it is just street tuned.

When ecu is in open loop it will run of the map you make. When in closed loop it runs of oxygen sensor or you can get a wideband aem A/F gauge and wire to it. E85 your motor will need about 27% more fuel than 93. So you will need a good pump maybe bosch 44 inline, 6an fuel line bigger injectors atleast 1600cc just to be safe. And a new tune.

Which Fan would you recommend ?

FAL is a very good fan it bolts to a civic radiator and it comes with a shroud. Go to Summit racing or Jegs you get a better price there.
