car acting strange

ecu pra with kpro sftware version 3.2.4

i returned from a trip i had been and just had disconected the battery
when i returned i connected back the battery and got a solid cel,i dataloged and then i got an eld high voltage,other than that the car started to dont open the windo,turn of the one headlight and the rear window cleaner start working like crazy
this is the second time i have see this in my car but the first time,it was because of downloading new version and keep the cal i used unupdated and after making a cal with the new version the car worked perfect
but now i downloaded the new bete 3.2.5 made a new cal the same thing,reinstall 3.2.4 version made another one still got the same situation,but without eld cel,
what can cause this situation,maybe something in my car there is an electrical problem,i checked the ecu seems ok,green light with kee on engeine off,also green on red flashing when dtl
i am confused, i tuned some cars and never had this problem

The ECU/K-Pro has nothing to do with the issues you are describing as it does not control any of those systems.

thanks for the quick answer but as i described before,the first time that this issue happened with just the update i did the problem solved,so thats why i thought it is from the ecu,so what you think,should i start from the fuse box ?
