I know Flashpro can export .fpdl to .csv files, but it can't seem to load .csv files back in. Is there something I have missed, or some kind of trick people use? Basically, I'm trying to combine several datalogs into one large file so that the cells I use less often will have a better sample size to calculate averages from.

You cannot convert them back or combine datalogs.

While you cannot import the .csv file(s) back into FlashPro Manager, you can combine (i.e., merge) .csv files together. I merge the .csv files together using statistical software (you can get some of these software packages for free online), and then analyze the combined data using the software. I use the analysis from the software to adjust/tune my FlashPro calibration (i.e., I essentially do all of my tuning outside of FlashPro Manager).
