Do I have to buy a new one?????

I had a Honda Civic SI that I used my Hondata Flashpro on. I was in an accident and the insurance company totaled my vehicle. Before Gieco got hold of it I was able to pull my Flashpro from the vehicle but I forgot it needed to be unlocked. I check and found where the car went but the junk yard said the vehicle was already gone and they did not have the ECU from it.

Soooo, the question is am I screwed? I got another Honda Civic SI and wanted to use it but when I plugged it in it says it needs to be unlocked from the ECU that the yard said is no longer available...

Is there no way to factory rest the Flashpro so I can use it on my new vehicle??
