s300 version 2 ac problem

Hi I have been running hondata version 1 in my del sol for several years, well I got a new version 2 for a new 95 hatch with a b16 everything works fine but the ac compressor is constantly running no matter where the controls are set inside. All the aux and nitrous inputs are turned off. I then switched the s300 version 1 into hatch and the ac works as it should. What am I missing on the version 2?
