Issues with 1.4.5 and !.5.1

Please can you assist. I installed FPro Manager 1.4.5, replacing 1.4.2, when it came to ugrading the firmware on my FlashPro (FP-SI-INT-21377), the software stalled and didnt update the firmware. I proceeeded to load the beta version 1.5.1, the firmware then upgraded, but when trying to save a datalog file (~30Megs), i received several errors, that prevented the file from being saved and on occasion crashed the s/w, the last error is as follows
