Acura RSX premium 2004 100% Stock 120 000 km

I have bought my acura installed the new battery AGM . I have done over 6000 km without any problem with stock ecu .

I have installed the Brand new (k-pro V3) and cheq engine light on code appeared. (Daughter Board Communication error Low when cranking)

I clean all ground cheq charging alternator (14.4v-14.5v)

Was the KPro installed before or after the battery? Is the battery relocated? What is you battery voltage when cranking?

Check the battery voltage when cranking at the ECU.

k-pro was installed after the battery i run 6000km with battrery with ECU Stock no problem .

No relocate RSX 100% STOCK

Cranking voltage in ECU 9.80v -10.45v
Cranking voltage in battry 11.45v 11.80v

Idle @ 850rpm 14.02 V Charging in battry same in k-pro (not load)
@3000rpm 14.07 V

Full load @850rpm 12.51V @3000rpm 12.96V
A/c with fan max
Fog
Defrost
Light + high beam
radio


Injector ground : Clean
battry to body ground :Clean
battry to transmision ground :Clean
Body to Mounts Ground : Clean

Wiring ground 100% OEM

I will do the same test with a standard battery .

I'll come back with the result.

Changed ground clear code and test 2 weeks
