I am running a d16y7 with the d16y8im and iacv fix. I have converted to obdI and am using a p06 with my s200b. I am getting what looks like a cel22. The two seconds blinks are really really faint. If there is bright sunlight outside you can't even see it. It is much easier to see at night. My car does not have vtec nor does the ecu. The cel22 I think is vtec pressure switch. .
I took it back to the shop that did the socketing and they told me that it was due to a faulty wiring harness and that I was getting a cel20 which is eld.
I switched to my old p28 out of my turbo eg and the only code I am getting is cel 21. No eld problems.
I checkd all of the wiring in my conversion harness and they all have good contact and all of the wires are going to the right pins.
Could the shop have socketed my ecu incorrectly?
Or could my basemap be wrong?
Does anyone have any recommendations on a tuner out her ein norcal?
