So in simple terms I loaded a map the other day and the car starts

I didn't have to install any drivers or anything I literley up loaded kpro and a base map for my car
came back the next day and tried it with the same computer and its says drivers not installed.

trying 3 other computers and 2 different usb cables

The light in the ecu is red when and dim with no connection and brighter with the usb connected

When I connect the usb to the ecu it says usb not recognized I go into device manager and I see nothing in regards to kpro at all.
I provided a screen shot. I have looked over the directions a million times and had a computer nerd look at it also. I think something is wrong with the usb port in the ecu cause the computer does not see the kpro at all. I have uploaded all the newest hardware also. Like everyone I have a race coming up in a few weeks and need to get this figured out asap. I would call but I have heard you guys are hard to get a hold off. The ecu hasn't been used since 2007 that's about as much info I can give you

Yes I did I found the time at work to get the call made. Tech was helpful which was nice. Hope you guys see it in few days so I can make it to my one and only big HillClimb race this year.

I have the same problem, why is this happening? What to do?
