P2101 DTC and 8900 revlimit

Hi

Civic Type-R FN2 Turbo. It has run before 9500 rev limit and everything was Ok. After couple monthes driving I'm dynoing the car of customer again and it throws DTC 2101 (Actuator throttle) after strange limit at 8900 rpm before 9500 revlimit that was set in calibration.

Any ideas?

This does not appear to be the calibration used as it has a revlimit of 7000 rpm.

really sorry, I occassionally attached one of lot of variants I tried.

btw, when I set revlimit 7000, it revvs up to 7K and no any DTC.
When I set revlimit 9500, or even 10000, it revvs till exactly 9000 rpm and , I suppose, close throttle and throws DTC after.

This may be because the flow of air is actually moving the throttle plate. THis may be mitigated by usign a larger throttle body.
