please help with tune

ebay 58 ar turbo
650 rc injectors
return style fuel system
ngk iridiam 6
vac block
intercooler
throttle body warmer rerouted
aem 3.5 and a stock map???
skunk 2 3in full race exaust <had to put a muffler inline....big flow threw has a nice stock look out the back except the 3in
car is new to me had it for 4 months got it for cheap car wouldnt hold a idel so heres what i have done and the issues
turbo leaks oil..had a turbo blanket ,smoked like a mother so took it off and fixed that
took plugs out and they had 5s in it at a 44 gap so put the 6s in at a 30 gap fixed idel and studdering when driving until i fixed the fuel system
the old fuel system went to the fpr to the rail and ended but also had a return line off the fpr so i took apart one of the braidded lines and made a new line and went to a filter to the rail to the fpr and then to the tank now the car studders at crusing and seeing 10s in my afrs
im new to tunning and anxious to learn how to tune right and make a reliable sleeper this is the origional tune please help with any suggestions or new cals that will work better ......the fuel trim is at 30 and everyone i look at is at 0 and the tables r turned up so not sure on were to go with that to make it right
any thing else i need to add let me know and i will try my best to get it up here for u and thank u again
