Why are fluctuations in the injection times? Is this normal?

Not normal. Seems to start at VTEC switch. We'll try the calibration in our car.

Thank you. I will wait for your answer. I discovered it in the last datalogs, some time ago there are not this fluctuations.

Please, one more thing. Is it safe to use the car in these conditions?

Seems ok here (we can't test the exact calibration because we do not have an automatic). I would try FlashProManager version 1.5.0 and also check & clean your engine grounds, as some of the engine sensors are changing value at VTEC, which coincides with the odd behaviour.

My car is manual.

I will try the new version and check grounds, thank you.

Sorry, it is indeed a manual calibration.

Well, I tried the same calibration but with FalshPro Manager 1.5.1 and everything remains as before.

The engine grounds seems to be ok.

Then I tried the base map calibration and works fine, no fluctuations. I think there is a problem with my calibration but I can“t discover it. It is always at WOT (in closed loop it is ok), and always in high cams.

Have you tried starting with a new calibration and importing the fuel and ignition tables from your current calibration?

Base map.

Can you import the fuel tables one by one to narrow down which is causing the problem?

I have tried it, the fluctuations appears when I import the 25 degrees fuel table (high cam)

Another test, I have a old calibration and its datalog, it was ok but, if I load this calibration now then appears this fluctuations.

Could it be due to low quality fuel?
