AEM Uego/S300 questions

First off, I have searched and really havent found anything that used the undated software. Everything that came up was from a year or more ago and didnt really answer my questions. I know hondata recommends the PLX cause of the narrownband and wideband outputs. I got a deal on the AEM so I kept it. Anyway, I am having a couple problems.
-Is there anyway to run the newer software with just a wideband in closed loop? Like i said I searched and everything was old so I did not know if hondata came out with better software to allow this to happen. If not, I can easily plug my stock o2 back in to let the car run off both o2 sensors.
-Also, I notice in closed loop my AEM gauge bounces from like 13 to 16 and I just didnt know if that was normal or if it should bounce that much. WHen I run in open loop the car runs great and the AFR gauge stays pretty constant.
Another issue is with the data logger. When I run my car and have the laptop set for datalogging, none of the displays on it show an AFR. The AFR just sits between .96-1.00:1. So i do not know how far the gauge is off from the software. I havent removed resistors 136/138 yet but I will do so if need be. Thanks for the help.
