KPro base map question

Hello, not very good at tuning and the software but I'm running my car at the track this weekend, a buddy of mine is lending me his kpro but I need to tune a new map... What is the best settings for my k20a2 with only injen intake bolt on to run at the track? I need maximum power. Just thought i'd ask someone and where to download the software to do it myself. I'm sorry if this is a repeat question someone had before.
