K-pro in limp mode and wont connect to kmanager

i was uploading a .kal to my car and my laptop froze. Then restarted the laptop and now the car is in limp mod and kmanager says error in the bottom left corner when i plug the ecu usb in to the computer? How can i fix this?

What is the serial number of hte K-Pro board on the inside of the ECU? From Help, About, what is the version of software you are using?

Post a picture of the K-Pro board that is inside the ECU. Make sure it is high quality and in focus.
