Tuning with larger cams?

I have a stock b20 with b16 head and brian crower stage 2 turbo cams rc 750cc and a PTE 3231e. When creating a basemap for this would i have to alittle extra I.E pull more timing or add more fuel?

dyno tuning will let u know which direction to go on both fuel/timing if done wrong on the road you will break something
