odd fuel cuts

I have been having issues with an odd fuel cut.. if i'm accelerating at around 50ish % throttle, then let off just a bit, i get a fuel cut.

I have played with the overrun delay.. moved it from 10 to 300 with no real change. Every once in a while i'll get a similar cut even if I dont let off the gas. as far as I can tell there are no other overrun or throttle dependent things that are tunable for this car.

I dont see anything going on in the data logs that would cause this to happen as far as sensor inputs, but I can clearly see the fuel being cut.

I posted my cal and a data log, any help would be appreciated.

you can see the cuts 14 sec 16 sec 37 sec 39.7 sec and at 2:00:7

We've tested your calibration in our vehicle and it works ok. Try to reproduce the problem with a return to stock calibration. The only other thing I can think of is that the brake sensor is giving a signal upon throttle off and the throttle/brake interlock is cutting the engine.

Fuel shouldn't cut when I go from 60% down to 30%.. There are also cuts when I'm accelerating and not lifting.

I don't have the stock intake so going back to the stock calibration isn't really possible. If it was purely due to letting off the throttle I would expect the overrun delay to change things but it doesn't

Try to reproduce the problem with a return to stock calibration. Even with an aftermarket intake you should be safe as part throttle.

Got another datalog showing the fuel cut. Its at 2:26

It did it coming off idle twice today and actually stalled the car.

I put the ecu back completely stock, then re installed the flash pro and modified the stock equiv base cal just enough so the car would run.. same issue.

You have an non-stock intake manifold. What else have you changed in the intake system (throttle body, intake tube etc)?

I have a 3.5inch cold air intake with no afm, stock throttle body, RBC and full race exhaust, stock exhaust still.

It is because you have removed the AFM.

So can't you guys fix it? I'm not tuning with the AFM so why does it still look for it?

At this point we're not sure if the ECU will allow the AFM to be completely removed.
