I want to fit ITB's to my high comp b16 but my tuner says that my s300 won't run them right, is this true? He said something to do with when going wide open throttle that engine can hesitate because the ecu cannot calculate and apply fuel enrichment quick enough so a lean condition occurs for a split second?

Is this for a race only vehcile or a daily driven vehicle?

It is a track car. I use it for circuit racing and some circuits are very tight so i'm constantly on/off the throttle and changing gears so if it's going to be hesitating I definitely don't want this

If properly tuned you should not have this problem.

ITBs on a race car work well since most of the time is spent at wide open throttle. Driveability on a street car is completely different thing whe you car needs to idle, and do 90% or more of it's driving at part throttle.
