I have a problem with a S300.
- S300 V2 => 20149 (ECU is a P30)
- Smanager 2.1.5
- No error code (just code 8 TDC Sensor, but disapear when the engine start up).
- Car : proto vehicule with a B16A2 (stock injectors with 60Psi fuel pressure)


Problem description :

I think I have a problem with fuel values applied in the S300. I was on the dyno today, and tried to tune the engine. I tried to modify fuel values without any success... I have 14AFR on low cam (duty cycle OK) and 10AFR on high cam. I attempted to increase fuel on low cams and decrease on high cams, but impossible... I tested to applicate +40% (just to test) on low cams and -40% on high cams but no reaction... had same AFR!
I tried on real time programming and without, I uploaded the calibration all time after modification but no reaction.
The ECU is ONLINE, I can connect to the ECU without any problems, It seems to me that the S300 doesn't applying my modification. Sometimes when I uploaded a calibration, the engine stopped, and sometime the AFR idle is about 14 and sometime (without any modifications) the AFR idle is about 19!!! In fact, it seems to me that I haven't the control of the S300.

I don't understand, some help would be appreciate.

Start by downloading the most recent beta version of software from the downloads section of the website. Also make sure you have real-time update turned on in the Options menu.

I tested the Beta version (2.2.4) with the wiring loom on a test table (osciloscop, alimentation +12V,...).
I have got some problems too, here I will explain my test.

The test had been done with datalog active ( yellow thunder) and tried with two different laptop

1 - I introduced a calibration, I changed fuel values to "2" ( ctrl+j / set values / ok) and "Upload" to validate.
2 - All is right on oscilloscop (have good fuel timing)
3 - I activated "Realtime update" and introduce "disable IACV" without action on "update"
4 - I shutdown ECU and Smanager when I restarted ECU and Smanager, I tried to download the calibration and surprise, IACV IS ENABLED!
5 - I introduced fuel values = "1002" without "realtime update" ( crtl + j / set values / ok) when I pressed OK my fuel timing changed in consequence and are OK( without upload or realtime update actived).
6 - I shutdown ECU and Smanager when I restarted ECU and Smanager, I tried to download the calibration and surprise, I have fuel values = 2! fuel timing are OK for "2".
7 -I tried to introduce fuel values at "2000" (crtl + j / set values / OK) and pressed "Upload" I loose communication with ECU, I shutdown ECU and Smanager, when I switch on I managed to communicate ( ONline) I downloaded the calibration, and SURPRISE I wasn't my calibration but an other calibration (maybe the default calibration) I loose all my modification.

I tried without "datalog" activated, changed my values, and introduced values with an action on "Upload", I never have any problems like that, but it's a problem to map the engine because I haven't any displays and sensors...

A thing was strange sometimes the RPM stayed at a value (ex 456rpm) when the engine is stopped, sometimes I had the map sensor to 650mbar with engine stopped too...

Any ideas? I tuned lot of S300 but this is the first time that I had these problems.

Are you able to set a rev limit of 3000 and see it take effect?
