iavc help needed.

Hey there,

Got some issues with my 00'civic d16y7 turbo project. I have went fromOBD2-OBD1(p06 ecu) for hondata s100. now my issue is on my y7 intake manifold has the iavc 3 wire plug. So i found a z6 manifold and throttle body, and bought the edelbrock intake manifold and have begun piecing it together.

I installed the iavc off the z6(2wire iavc) onto the edelbrock IM and know i am wondering if i should install the z6 throttle body with the fitv mounted on the bottom or not. Could i install a y8 throttle body which has the coolant lines on the throttle body which runs to the iavc and no fitv or will i still have the idle problem?

I want to solve my idle issues from the obd1 conversion. If i hook up all the same sensors and spice the iacv to the 2wire plug and do the wire switch at the ecu will it solve my idle problem.

Is it only the 3wire plug iacv issue which is causing me to idle erratically or does the fitv cause this problem also?
