knock at low rpm....

I had loaded the lowoctanedynotune kal for ep3 found in kmanager and got a lot of knock at low rpm...approximately 2000 with half throttle perhaps a little more. With stock Kal everything is fine, datalog records a few knocks, but I believe this is my drive belt tensioner ticking, with the other kal I could hear knock. Just wondering if there are some ideas of what might be a problem.
