so i have a error message that says "This FlashPro can only be used with Fit Americas vehicles. The current vehicle is a Civic Si MT US 2012" and on the 9thgen fourms the one other person that had this problem says that it basically has the wrong hardware in the box itself even tho on the box it says fp-2012si-******
any one else have this problem?

Ha ha, you got on here pretty quick as well I see. Mine has the same issue. The serial numbers are listed to our cars, but the actual hardware in the unit is for a Honda Fit, who the hell tunes a Fit?? I don't know, but they put that in, instead of the hardware for our cars. I sent mine in yesterday to hopefully be replaced. Not very clear on how everything will work. I would appreciate if Hondata would send a new unit overnight or something quick because its their fault its the wrong unit, and I would like my car tuned before driving it long distances.

Looks like its probably going to be a whole bad batch.
