My car was stolen in 2011 and when it was finally recovered due to a previous accident with it insurance decided to have the vehicle totaled I just now got around to wanting to sell some of my old stuff from it and I am thinking the flashpro is locked I find it pretty inconvenient and would appreciate some help if you could

What is the FlashPro serial number?

the serial number is FP-SI-US-10236, I just did some research on the old car thru carfax and stuff it looks like the vin is still active like somebody salvaged or bought it and repaired it of some sort I am the registered owner of the flash pro feel free to give me a call on the registered phone number

If you no longer have the ECU it is locked to then there is nothing that can be done. You would have to include it with the insurance claim as it was part of the car.
