S300, solid CEL not sure what to do next

Hello,

I have a S300 (R8) board, it will not work in my chipped P75 ECU.. it will sometimes upload and datalog but will not start..

I also have another S300 installed in a chipped PR4, its an R6 board, its been working fine for years in my personal vehicle

I have swapped the (r8) S300 into my known good PR4 ecu and running car and its still having the same issue.. i'm assuming there is an issue with the board itself.

Was purchased from Evans Tuning in 2011 and from what i have seen its NOT a counterfeit, is it possible the board itself is bad?

Ok i have got the car to start and idle normally, no CEL datalogged fine, this was with the P75 and the R8 board..

I ran it for a few minutes and shut it off, tried to restart again, solid CEL no start..

To get it to even run, i used the erase ecu function and during the erase (which took forever) the CEL shut off , then at the end of the erase it said it didnt successfully erase the ecu.. but the CEL remained off, i loaded in my tune and it fired right up like normal..

shut the engine off and tryed to restart, solid CEL again..

help!!
