ITB Problems stalling during deceleration

I have a Toda ITB running on a Japanese Civic Type R with Toda A3 cams and the conversion hardness to Kpro.
The map sensor is installed and plugged in a runner, i have no IACV installed on the harness. The TPS sensors is a new toyota TPS supplied by Toda from 4 wires convert to 3 wires. i have check the wire and it's ok.My Log shows 0% at Minimum and 78% at Max.

Car idles nicely at 1000 rpm, i also noticed that when i throttle to 3-5% throttle the rpm hits 2000 and goes back down.

Car is tuned and throttle % is running fine to 100%, but the car tends to stall when i ease of the throttle.I also noticed that when i ease off the throttle to 0% TPS the INJ is at 0.00ms.Could this be the cause of why the car stalls because no fuel is going into the engine?

Has this something to do with the overrun fuel cut settings?

I notice my logs at 0% throttle the map reading is 10.4kpa

One more problem is that i am using a 6.33 final drive, is there anyway i can correct back the speed on my dash?

Can someone or hondata help me on this, thanks.

Attached is my calibration and datalog.

You have a number of issues to work through:

The speed sensor appears to be of the high frequency type (which is odd on the JDM CTR). Has the transmission been switched?

Closed loop is enabled but the o2 sensor error codes are disabled. Has the car got an o2 sensor?

IATs are very high.

It does not appear that the engine has been tuned for each cam angle (especially the fuel tables).

An injector duration of 0 is normal upon overrun fuel cutoff conditions.

Without an lambda datalogging it's had to say but I would guess the fueling is way off.

The final drive has been switch to 6.33.

No the car is running on open loop.No O2 sensors

By lowering the values in the overrun fuel cut will not help the stalling problem?

I have changed the values to 13 21 19 13
from 21 29 27 21

Does this help to prevent the car from stalling?

Can advise how can i solve the stalling issue? If it is fueling which table do i have to tune up to help it?

What Civic Type R is this? Why are you using an adapter harness?

JDM CTR, running on ITB to control DBC throttle so need Kpro.

I noticed when the car stall the TDC sensor check engine light came on, anything to do with the stalling?

Could it be my calibration is unsuitable for the JDM CTR to use?

I am using a Cl7R ITB calibration as base and disable whatever that is not required.

I'm sorry, but the K-Pro is not designed to work in this vehcile. Using it this way is at your own risk.

Then maybe can you advise why everytime the car stalls the (P1362 TDC Sensor no signal) check engine light comes on?

Is this caused by a faulty crank sensor or wiring problem?

Appreciate if Hondata could shed some light on this?thanks.

How about giving us the full story about what vehicle you have, what engine, what ECU and what wiring you are using?

Car is a JDM CTR, running on a K20 engine, with a dual adapter hardness with Kpro.

The vehicle is on Toda ITB with A3 cams and toda exhaust system.

Can hondata advise now what is the problem of the CEL popping when the engine stalls?

We do not support this as it was not designed to be used in this way.

Hi fabian, I am running on the kpro and toda itbs as well and having the same problem as you. Have you found a solution for the problem?
