h22a s300 sensors problems help

so this morning my car didn't what to start it was 2 degrees i live in new england and was having issues so i plugged my hondata in and took a pick of the sensors and this what i got. also the car is a 99 civic with a jdm h22a swap running a p13 base map and motor was running on normal engine temp.

look like my tps is dead and o2 is not plugged in but is anything else look off please help hondata fourm members.

also car is running rich can that be cause of the o2.

2 degrees, wow, that's cold. Your "air/fuel" ratio is reading lean at 1.19... Is your O2 hooked up?... TPS doesn't look calibrated, but before anyone can give any kind of direct answer, or half of an answer, we need to see your tune. Please attach your tune so myself and others can browse through you settings and maby point out anything that sticks out.
Do you normally have problems starting your car under these temperatures? or is this a new problem?
It would also help if your log the "cold start" and attach it as well. Do you have a wide band sensor hooked up?
And I thought 40 degrees was cold in California mornings....Brrr
