I just received my K-pro from Hondata on my 02 RSX type S PRB ECU yesterday January 18, 2013 I have Kmanager version 3.2.2.0 running on 64bit windows 7 that I'm running through parallels on my Mac. When I click the Kpro tab to register the Kpro all the fields are greyed out and not able to be filled out. I am connected to the internet and the ECU is plugged in to the computer. When the ECU is plugged into the computer the software doesn't allow me to even click on the K-pro tab without it automatically force closing the software. I've sent 2 error reports. I've made sure the driver is downloaded correctly and I've even tried it from another computer to no avail! I've been waiting on this K-pro for 3 years lol and it's really frustrating that the only thing between me and HELLA VTEC is stupid product registration! PLEASE HELP!

I have also deleted and reinstalled the manager

Never mind I deleted the 3.2.2 beta version and downloaded version 3.1.6 and it fixed my problem and is now running like a champ

how did you fix it?? i tried everything that i could think of... please help i need my car running today... thx

What I had to do was delete the beta version because it wasnt working, so i deleted it completely off my computer and installed the slightly older version. This immediately fixed my problem. also make sure you have a strong internet connection.
