Flashpro Error

I just received my brand new in box hondata flashpro (acura tl) and I am getting this error.
my specs are:
ua6 acura tl/2007/3.2l/automatic
any ideas gentlemen? I am going to try resetting my ecu now I will reply back later if I get anywhere. Thanks In advance.

Please go to Help in the software and click on Send information to Hondata support.

The software is recompiling now and will be available in the next hour or 2.

The software was available yesterday.

I kept checking last night for updates. Do I have to reinstall the program? Then proceed to update it?
