Why would you disable the ECT2 or why is the ECT2 sensor disabled in a calibration?

Maybe it is ECT1... Anyway. When Honda dealer plug his scan tool, they dont see any data from one of the two ECT sensors. Is it normal? When I upload "back to stock" calibration, they are able to read data from both ECT sensors.

here is my calibration
final calibration.fpcal
Edit. When I look at my calibration, in "misc parameters" , second ECT sensor is disable. Is it normal or it has to be enable. In what circumstances you disable that sensor?
