S300 problems

I dont have the numbers for you at the moment. Ecu has been working for the last 2 years, then tonight it decides to almost act like certain files are corrupt and immediately triggers a CEL. My thought is the new security feature having something to do with it.

Switch off the ignition, shut down SManager, restart SManager and then re-upload the calibration.

That allowed me to load the tunes that were not. Why all of a sudden would it start doing this? I have jumped from file to file while the car has been running before and no problems.

Any time you completely change a calibratio you should close and reopen the software or you will end up with a corrupted calibration. IT has always been this way.

It may have always been this way but something has happened since last update. I have had the car die when changing from file to file but that has been 2 times ever.

And when that happened I just had to restart the car not close down everything and I had no CEL with no code.

- s300-0886
- 90 civic si
- 37820-p28-a52
- wideband input and nitrous 1 output to relay
- Unable to upload files now or atleast no longer shows a progress bar. When it will start runs rich and main sign of a problem when the s300 is plugged up the main relay clicks its 2 times but very fast. With my other ecu it clicks 2 times with a pause between like normal. Any ideas? Also on my way home just upped and started running rich and had to be towed home.

Go to Online, and click Erase ECU. THen that finishes, close the program and reopen it m then upload a fresh calibration from File new. Does that work?

I tried that Spunkster with no luck. The red led inside is on solid and the green blinks every 10 sec. I am using a friends ecu right now with no problems. I was going to install my s300 chip in his ecu and see if its my ecu. If its the s300 chip what actions do I need to take to get this fixed?

Here is a screen shot of the failed notice when I am trying to setup the newest beta version or any of the versions now. Even after this failure happens s manager opens and I can work the other computer. I was able to download the file that was currently on the chip and it was not my file. I am going to use a different laptop tonight and see what happens,
