S300 v2 boost controller problem

i am having a problem with my mac solenoid. the solenoid is not responding all wiring is good and mac valve is fully working order i was just wondering if any one know which header pin on s300 socket controls that function

This is controlled by the ECU, not the s300. IF you connect the solenoid to power and ground, does it click?

Have the components been added to the ECU for boost control?

yes it clicks when energized and yes all the parts are there to make it work i was on ec tune before and it worked flawlessly now i switched to s300 and it's not working at all. i thought maybe i screwed something up when i re socked ed for s 300. Any Ides. the ecu is p28
