S300 check engine light no codes?

I have a 93 prelude and ever since I started using hondata I get random check engine lights that don't have codes but it affects the drive ability drastically when I try to clear the codes to turn off the light it doesn't work I have to remove the s300 chip and put it back in to clear the code I have tried another chipped ecu it worked good for a few months then right back to the cel light I'm at my wits end do I give up on hondata or what? I need these fake cel to go away hondata is a great product I've just had so many problems I just want my car to run without this fake cel. I also have USB connectivity issues doesn't always work?

What is the serial number of the s300 inside the ECU and who sockedted your ECU? What spark plugs are you using?

Hondata serial number:#s300-1146
I bought my two ecus Pre socketed at jotech Motorsports in garland tx.
And as for plugs I'm running ngk 2262.
There is a sticker in my ecu that the number is 0635889 this is a white sticker with red letters

Are those plugs resistor or non-resisitor type?

I don't know but they are the stock plugs for a civic

From Help, about, what version of software are you using? When did you purchase this s300?

And I bought this shortly after y'all released them I'd say I've had it since 05 or so
