Actual knock or malfunction?

Hi guys, I recently had a new wire harness installed along with solid motor mounts. I took the car out for a quick drive and sure enough I got A LOT of knock! I'm not a tuner but I'm hoping someone can guide me in the right direction.

The knock count shows I got up to 30 counts! Below I've attached a screenshot but can attach the kal or datalog also.

06 RSX Type S with Peakboost GT30R made 380whp. Tuned 2 years ago.

Since it is around peak torque I would say knock. Knock amplifying headphones help a lot. Make sure the exhaust / turbo is not hitting the subframe as well.
