Weird s300 issue - Faulty ECM code?

So to start i'll try to give as much information as possible . I have a 92-93 integra gsr (P61) ecu with s300. Hondata was installed by Phearable and has been working great, for right at an entire year. The P61 is in my 1990 Integra which is converted to obd1 by using Rywire jumper harnesses. To mention again , this setup has worked great for a year with no issues at all. Okay so now to the problem . There has been no rain in the area for a while now before I threw the CEL . I have no cockpit leaks so I rule that out and my car stays in the garage. Car ran great last week , but after sitting for 4-5 days , I go to start it and I get an immediate CEL. I give the car gas and keep it running with my foot on the pedal but it runs like absolute poo. When it warms up (with the cel still on) it will idle, but not great. I try cutting it on and off a few different times and nothing. Then I randomly try once again, the CEL goes off , the car starts up fine, runs great just like it did before. The next day I go to start my car and it does the same thing again. Now trying to trouble shoot . If I cross the blue and orange wires installed into the rywire jumper harness to check codes, I get a straight CEL light, which im assuming is 0 - for faulty ECM. When I hook up hondata it has a hard time communicating and takes a few tries before it will datalog. It will give you the option to datalog everytime and will allow you to upload and download, and almost everything else, but wont datalog right away. When I do get it up and going , it does not show any codes at all. Please help! If you need any more information, just let me know. Im trying to explain this as best I can . :P

Hondata Serial #: S300 - 12,953

Engine modifications - Skunk2 Intake Manifold, Skunk2 throttle body and re-located map sensor (soldered and clean), obd2 type-r injectors w/rywire jumper harnesses and used an Oem obd1 wire connector box, B18b engine internals are stock, Obd1 distributor, 4-wire o2 sensor

Any ideas on where I should start looking ? or what I should look for? has anyone had similar issues and why??

Please and Thank you guys. I miss driving my car :/
