Does hondata solves the idling problem. I have a bottom built motor on turbo.
I'm running a p28 chipped on my R with a VAFC and I'm having problem with the idle .
It fluctuates when I am at still
If I'm running hondata, do I have to put back my thermostat back in the car and do I need to have one of my o2 put back in also
I have a obd2
What I'm trying to say is that since hondata is running off of an obd1 computer and I have an 01 integra
Do I have to have two of my o2 connected?
What do I need to do in order to have the hondata work properly with my car
thanks again

if you do convert to hondata you won't need your 2nd O2 sensor.

But the idling problems probably won't be fixed by hondata. Sounds like you have air in your cooling system. If you took out your thermostat you opened up the system to air. If you didn't bleed it when you put it all back together this will cause a fluctuating idle.

To bleed your cooling system make sure there is no pressure in the system (the motor is cold or hasn't run in a while). Take the radiator cap off and start the car. let it run for at least 20 minutes. have something to catch the coolant that will overflow out of the radiator. You will see bubbles coming up if air is trapped. ONce you've let it run for at least 20 minutes top off the radiator and put the cap back on.

IMO if your car will idle properly with the stock ecm then I would have to say yes your tuner should be able to get it to idle properly with Hondata...
