Cutting of j12 jumper..

I have evrthing done to my ecu, when i started the car, it starts, but idles rough and doesnt rev up high. On my ecu the j12 resistor is still their, do i have to cut it in half?

Is the interface box blinking or solid?

the light is solid red, i cut the jumper and it still does the same thing, It starts, but only revs to like 2500 in limp mode.

Do you get a check engine light? Who tuned the car? Check your injector multiplier.
