Higher ignition advance after editing load indexes in fuel

I've attached 2 files. In my initial calibration my load indexes go to 40 psi. I think the load indexes were derived from the expanded tables for the 4 bar map sensor which I have.
I re-indexed my fuel tables so my load points only go to about 22 psi. I started at column 11 and made that column about 2.4 psi.
I chose to edit the index not insert.
It appears that the fuel values interpolated nicely but when I checked the timing tables to make sure nothing was higher than what was in my original calibration I found that all of my timing in the boost columns are a little higher. I looked at the contents in the help section and it says that there are algorithyms and interpolations to set values accordingly.
The only way I can think to make it right is to try to match up some reference points from my the original cal that went up to 40 psi and build from there.
I was just trying to gain some resolution in my boost columns since I really only ever go up to about 18 psi.
Don't mind the names of the files. I think the first one is the 40 psi and the second is the one I edited
