I don't no is that something I can fix with tune or something mistake in harness ??

I read a lot and tried anther PO2 from DENSO /

* The original one /
DENSO 234-9005
192400-8040
10N24
* The new one /
DENSO
192400-8040
11N10

but its also read hay !! I bot quick run video if you want to see the AEM a/f gauge

the car mode /
stock k24a1 swap
stock harness ( RCX-S 2004 ) & jumper from hyper racing
heeders 4-2-1

Does it give cell warning on your ecu?
What are the voltages on the primary O2 sensor?

First, what is your fuel pressure!? It looks like at one point you are in closed loop and the STFT is +46%

Second, You need to fix your 0* fuel map.

Third, Holy mother of what looks like knock. Your creating around 3v from your knock sensor...

Verify that you have proper fuel pressure. Also verify these A/F with a separate A/F gauge that is standalone.

the voltages on the primary was measured with multimeter in series with

A6 and A16 = 0.1 mV(with ignition on and fully warm up)

the car had p1166 for heater circuit malifunction and p1298(eld circuit high voltage)

the relay was on "always on" with the a/f heater wired to 87a

swapping this wire over to 87 we removed the p1166

eld was disabled and now car no longer have cel

car no longer has knock now here is the log

but still high a/f is the only problem now

can you suggest better way to diagnose the problem?

checked all the wiring all have continuity

a/f wires to ecu:
1(white) to A6
2(blue) to A16
3 + 4 to A1+A22(both black for heater circuit)

all confirmed with multimeter

You have a daughterboard communication error. You need to resolve the low battery voltage issue when cranking. Do this before you go any further.

this is before

after swapping relay to constantly off(87 to a/f heater, instead of 87a to a/f heater) the error now no longer appears

both the p1166 and daughter board error has been eliminated

eld disabled

car no longer has cel
