Will this solenoid work for S300V2?

I posted this a while back in honda-tech and never got a solid answer. I get these for free from work is why im trying to use this, but i recently got laid off, so while the "right" solenoid is cheap, if this works it would be easier on my money. Someone said that the wattage would be the issue. Any help is greatly appreciated.
