Kpro not controlling vtc

I took my car to get tunned last week when i got to the dyno the tunner notice vtc was not moving. we checked the senosor and it was fine, we thought it could be the car out of timing but we try an aem V1 and it was fine. What can i do? Please help!

What is the serial number on the K-Pro board inside the ECU and what is the serial number on the outside of the ECU case?

What vehicle is this being used in?

It will not work in that vehicle. It will only work in an 05/06 RSX.
