Possible Map Flashpro Map/firmware Issue? Car shutting off!

Hello everyone. I am having sort of an issue with flashpro and possibly a firmware. Here is a brief description of the issue.
If I'm cruising down to a stop, I let up on the gas and push down on the clutch. Most of the time, the rev would stop at 1k however there has been times when it would fall down further and not recover. When this happen, the car shut off. I am able to restart it without any issue.
Also on the freeway, if I'm cruising at 70. I let up on gas pedal, push in my clutch, the car would stall as well. Same thing as above. Most of the time, it would stay at 1k however if it goes below 1k, it would not recover to 1k and would die.
It doesn't happen all the time and but it has done it enough to be worried and try to find a solution.
I have ruled out the following:
Replaced Primary O2 with honda
Check and replaced spark plugs
replaced pcv valve
check for exhaust leak or any time of vacuum leak
I used an etuner service and was using his map for the last 8 months without any issue. This popped up out of the blue with no modification done to the car since the final tune. Also when using this map, it would stall out more often.
When I used the stock TODA calibration, it wouldn't do it that often. I thought it was the map that was the issue seeing it would stall out more on the etuner map. When loading the toda cal, it didn't stall on me but yesterday it stalled on me a few times for the first time so I have to rule out not being a map issue.
I had a tuner take a look at the map and he might think its related to something throttle position or maybe firmware related.
Sorry for the long post. Any suggestion is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
