USB fAIL

I just got my flashpro yesterday. How come when I plug in my Flashpro to my desktop , then I double click the Hondata desktop icon , the windows that open are blank? It has the basic pull down windows but none of my info. I says "usb driver fail" or "upload fail" if i try a calibration. Its just not connecting?

From Help, About, what version of software are you using?

I downloaded the newest 1.3.3.0 Then today when i was gonna try a new calibration it said unable to upload. so I reinstalled the update again and it worked fine. I just returned from my car and was going to try a new calibration and it did it again.

Try a different Laptop or Desktop computer as it sound like this one has a USB problem.
