My experience has all been on B series engines which provide 0.0 volts knock unless an uncontrolled combustion happens. I'm not sure if "k" series engines are noisier, or not. I've found Toyota Supra's, for example, run 1-2volts of knock by design, all day long. To find out, go into your ignition tune and "retard" the values by 2 degrees, re-road test and see if your knock values change. then you'll know if it is normal noise or If the low grade "winter" gas came early this year ;). I only say that cause I got some minor knock in my b18c as soon as Californians winter gas came on the market. lol, 91 octane feels more like 87. Good luck, give an update on the knock values if/when you find out. I'm curious ...thanks and happy tuning-

You have an option to enable MIL on knock, then u know if it is knocking.

Very cool option. Is that a Kpro only option?.. cause my s300 unit doesnt seem to have that capability....kinda wish it did.
Sigh, should have bought a k series ;)
