WTF !? Updated to 2.1.3 - Now constant red light !?

Ok i am in need of some serious help.

I just downloaded Smanager 2.1.3 beta. Installed the software and then tried to upload my map into the ecu. It came up with a 'upload failed' and now i have a fucking constant red light on the ECU and a check engine light. The car will only start for aprox 3 sec then drop out. I cant datalog now with smanager eithere 2.1.1 or 2.1.3. I can download/upload or erase.... WTF is going on !?
