Hondata

Hi,
I bought a used EP3 type R re-flashed ECU from a guy in scotland, he told me that it was on another car before him and the immobilizer was removed by hondata when they re-flashed it for the first time, and then he enable it back when he put it on his car....
can i just remove it again? how much does it cost??
