I finally got everything sorted out on my k20a and I am currently using the itr calibration that comes with kpro and when I let off the gas my inj ms drops to 0 and the a/f ratio shoots up to 29

this is normal, it momentary goes into fuel cut.

well its not really momentarily it stays at 0 untill it goes back down to idle

normal, if you think about it. . .if your foot is off throttle you will be decelerating. . .cant decelerate and still dump fuel into the cylinders, so it will be lean until you either press the throttle again or it comes back to idle speed.
