Dear Hondata,
I have the following issue,
When driving at a steady rpm, mostly @ 4000 rpm in a low gear, the car starts to hesitate.
When looking at the datalog you can see that everytime this occurs the ignition fluctuates.
I searched but have no idea what could be causing this.
I have a PLX wideband connected via the ELD which i only use for datalogging.
I also noticed that on idle in closed loop the eld voltage and o2 voltage fluctuate, this is not the case when in open loop.
Any help what might cause these issues is appreciated.
I added some datalogs illustrating the problem and also the calibration.

43 43 43 43
42 42 42 42

39 39 39 39
42 42 42 42
42 42 42 42
This is information plotted from your HCAM, not sure why the dip in cam from 42 to 39 to 42 happens but its not right. in your HCAM you will notice this and switch out the 39's to 42's so it doesn't get confused anymore for starters. Then on your low cam at -20.7/3500 it shows 20 degrees cam, bring that up to 22 degrees in the cells 3:3500 3:4000 4:3500 4:4000 5:3500 5:4000 6:3500 6:4000... just select them all at once and hit CTRL-J and SET *on bottom of 3 possible selections* to 22 or manually do them all one by one. Now that range should help you as this is where the ecu averages the information to apply to the way the cam operates. Should help the issue because its a bit to low in my opinion, Ignition looks pretty well off. Hopefully that didn't confuse you but apply the changes and re upload a datalog to see if that fixed it. Might have to get retuned.

Thanks for the reply, i see what you mean, don t know why the tuner put the cam angles that way but i ll have a look at them.
This still doesn t explain why i have the ign issue though.

The cam flex is confusing itself to reduce ignition and then re apply it all at the same time even through the interpolation and averaging it does the datalog shows it does not like it causing everything else to flex and cause hesitation. If those changes didn't help post another log with the changes applied to see what else could be happening.

Hey,
I made the changes but no effect at all.
I updated my first post with the changes in the map and new datalogs.

You may have a problem with the TPS cutting out very rapidly but not showing on the datalogs. Try a different TPS/Throttle body and see if that resolves the issue.

Swapped the TB today, did some new datalogging, it seems that the hesitation is a bit less but is still occurring.
Any other ideas cause i m all out...
Attached some new logs.

Try changing the Tip in retard gear multiplier to -100 for all gears under gers compansation in parameters.

The problem seems to be solved!
Thanks for the input guys!
