Help! my si Wont engage VTEC unless Flashpro is Plugged in

i just installed skunk2 stage 2 cams in my 08 si and right after uploaded the base map for my set up through hondata and after the car would die when i would unplug hondata but after driving it a little it stop and was able to drive without hondata being pluged into my OBD2 port but the car reaches some kind of limiter and will not engage VTEC and lights start flashing (EX: VSA CHECK ENGINE, ignition, ETC.) and car will not go past a certain RPM which is usually 5200 but when hondata is plugged in it works fine if anyone knows whats going on and can help me you are a life saver! Also during the installation i chaged valve springs and put titanium retainers with a new chain and hybrid racing tensioner but car will not go passed the 5000 rpm mark or any VTEC window mark. Anyone with any suggestions PLEASE HELP!!

You need to check your grounds and make asure they are all connected correctly. Do not drive or start the car until you resolve this or you will damage the FlashPro.
